August-September Bill Adjustments
Your August-September bill adjustment – amounting to your APP savings or APP costs for the specified billing period – will be shown as a credit or debit on your October or November Alectra Utilities bill. Depending on when your bill is printed, adjustments from multiple billing periods may be combined in this adjustment line. If you are enrolled in a pre-authorized payment plan or an equal payment plan, you will receive your bill credits or debits slightly later than the timelines above.
You may have received bill credits/debits on your recent Alectra bills that were based on your consumption in previous months. This was due to the time lag between your consumption period, delivery of APP Insights and delivery of Alectra Utilities bill. Your April-May APP report is now available online
Copies of your March-April and April-May Advantage Power Pricing (APP) reports are now available on the APP web portal. We strongly encourage all participants to activate their online accounts and check the web portal regularly for timely program updates. You will need a copy of your Alectra Utilities bill the first time that you log into the APP web portal.
A summary of your APP credits/debits for each billing period is also available in the reports on the web portal.
Your APP bill adjustments are coming soon
We are working to apply your APP bill adjustments in a timely manner, however it is taking longer to process than we anticipated. We sincerely apologize for the delay, and thank you for your patience in this matter. Please see the schedule below for an update on when you will receive your bill credits/debits and program incentives.
When to expect your APP bill credits/debits:
- March to April billing period – July or August Alectra Utilities bills
- April to May billing period – July or August Alectra Utilities bills
- May to June billing period – August or September Alectra Utilities bills
When to expect your thermostat incentive and other program incentives (eligible customers only):
- Thermostat incentives ($50) – July or August Alectra Utilities bills
- Referral bonus ($25) – July or August Alectra Utilities bills
- Survey incentives ($5) – August or September Alectra Utilities bills
- Pledge incentives ($5) – August or September Alectra Utilities bills
Customers enrolled in a pre-authorized payment plan or equal payment plan
If you are enrolled in a pre-authorized payment plan or an equal payment plan, you will receive your bill credits or debits slightly later than the timelines provided above. This is due to the additional processes required to ensure that your regular participation in these plans is not affected by the bill credits/debits you are eligible to receive as part of your participation in APP.
