Businesses like yours are now enjoying a more efficient refrigeration system, improved lighting, less moisture (frost or “sweat”), and best of all - lower electricity costs every month. How? By upgrading their commercial refrigeration system for FREE with the Business Refrigeration Incentives program.
Your competition is already saving on average $100 per month from this FREE program, and you can too.
We know that running your business is hard work, leaving you with little time or budget to worry about energy efficiency – so leave all of the arrangements to us. No sweat.

The Business Refrigeration Incentives program is just one way to support Ontario’s Save on Energy plan to provide long-term, reliable, and affordable power. It’s less expensive to save electricity than to generate it.
LED lighting is energy efficient as it uses less electricity and generates less heat than traditional fluorescent lamps. Additionally, LED lights also operate more efficiently in colder temperatures; such as in refrigeration and freezers.
Did you know that the evaporator fans on your walk-in cooler or freezer run 24 hours a day 7 days a week. By retrofitting your traditional motor to an ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) it will generate less heat, which allows for the compressor and condenser to stay off for longer periods of time, which in turn uses less electricity.
By installing anti-sweat controls, a sensor monitors the humidity levels in the refrigeration equipment and only turns on the heater when necessary, which saves electricity and prevents condensation/frost build-up on refrigeration glass doors.
Installing insulating strip curtains on walk-in refrigerators and freezer doors helps prevent cold air from escaping and warm air from entering.
Not only does regular maintenance on your refrigeration equipment extend its life, but it can save energy too. The majority of commercial refrigeration equipment expels heat through air cooled condenser coils. These coils can become clogged with dust and debris, and will cause your equipment to run less efficiently. Manufactures recommend that a technician be called on a regular basis to clean the coils.
