On March 9, 2012, the Town of Collingwood (Town), Collingwood Untility Services Corporation (Holdco) and PowerStream filed an application with the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) seeking leave of the OEB with respect of the completion of the sale by the Town of 50 per cent of the common shares of Holdco to PowerStream.

The OEB has assigned the application Board File No. EB-2012-0056.
