Avoids conflict of interest between their personal interests and their role within the company. Does not disclose sensitive or confidential information inappropriately.

Performing work/conducting business in a consistent, equitable, and transparent manner is what fairness is all about. So what does fairness mean at PowerStream? Fairness means that every employee at every level of the organization:
